The Basic Types and Characteristics of Industrial Electrostatic Precipitators

Compared with other dedusting equipment, industrial electrostatic precipitator has less energy consumption and high dedusting efficiency. It is suitable for removing dust from flue gas, and can be used in high temperature and pressure flue gas occasions. Practice shows that the larger the amount of flue gas treated, the more economical the investment and operation cost of industrial electrostatic precipitators, and the more types of industrial electrostatic precipitators.

 

Industrial electrostatic precipitator can be divided into dry type, wet type and semi-wet type and so on. Dry industrial electrostatic precipitator is a kind of dust collector which collects dust in flue gas under dry condition and deposits dust on the dust collecting plate by means of mechanical vibration, electromagnetic vibration, sound wave and ash cleaning.  Therefore, when designing a dry electrostatic precipitator, we should give full consideration to the two dust flying problems.

 

The dust collected by wet industrial electrostatic precipitator (WEESP) is sprayed by water or formed a water film on the surface of the dust collection pole by appropriate methods, so that the dust deposited on the dust collector and the water flow together to the lower part of the dust collector to discharge. This electrostatic precipitator does not have the problem of dust flying for the two time.

 

There is also a semi-wet industrial electrostatic precipitator, which has both the advantages of dry static precipitator and wet electrostatic precipitator. Its structural system is that high-temperature flue gas is first discharged through two dry dust chambers, and then through a wet dust chamber through a chimney. The washing water of the wet dedusting chamber can be recycled, and the slurry discharged from the dedusting chamber can be pumped into the dryer to dry by the slurry pump through the thickener, and the dust discharged after the drying enters the ash hopper of the dry dedusting chamber.http://www.icleairs.com/
