Inspection and overall adjustment of anode plate for industrial electrostatic precipitator accessories
Anode plate is an important part of industrial electrostatic precipitator, the first thing to do is to check its integrity, including the use of visual observation or wire drawing method to check the deformation of anode plate; check the corrosion and electrolytic corrosion of the anode plate, find out the reasons and eliminate. The perforated plate and the plate with excessive damage depth and area should be replaced because of the bending of the plate.
Next is the inspection of the integrity of the anode plate row of the industrial electrostatic precipitator, such as whether the fixing screw of the anode row is loose and whether the welding is off-welded; whether the splint of the anode plate row and the impact rod are off-welded and deformed; and whether the thermal expansion gap between the lower part of the plate and the comb of the dust bucket windshield requires sufficient thermal expansion margin at the top and bottom. Degree, left and right sides without jamming phenomenon; the whole plate array combination is good, no obvious concavity and convexity phenomenon of each plate by visual observation.
The next thing to be done is to detect the same electrode distance of the anode plate of the industrial electrostatic precipitator. Each electric field is measured at the same electrode distance with the reference of the more straight anode plate surface in the middle. The distance measurement can be selected at the entrance and exit of each row of anode plates. The height of the anode plate can be divided into three points: upper, middle and lower. Add the test point. Each major repair should be measured at the same location, and the measured and adjusted data will be recorded.
Finally, don't forget to adjust the plate of industrial electrostatic precipitator as a whole. For the same polar distance adjustment, when the bending deformation is large, it can be corrected by hammering the bending part with wooden hammer or rubber hammer, and then reducing the force to both ends. When the plate has serious dislocation or sinking, the same pole distance exceeds the stipulation and the field can not be eliminated and the plate needs to be replaced.
