CASP's ASG450  Air  Purifier  is  a  professionally  designed  and  well  produced  filtration and purification unit, which requires  no filtration media replacement". The purifier features tri-step filtration and purification: First a metal mesh pre-filtrating the big size contamination; Second: a master purification unit ionizing and collecting micro-particles with minimum size 0.01 M and the efficiency up to 99.9%; Third: an active carbon filtration as the odor-eliminator. Air flow are sucked by the single-Phase turbo fan that is rationally built-in. Casings are constructed of high-quality mild steel and powder-coated (custom colors available).

The ASG450 also includes all Hi-Voltage power supplier, circuit-breaker, motor cut-out, electric parts and 2m long cable with plug. ASG450 is perfect for extracting fumes, oil-mist, gases, and light, dry dusts. Application includes metal-processing lathe (common and CNC), soldering and other contaminating area. The ASG4500 air purifier is easy to install and fix on the machine, custom designs according to different working situations and applications are available.

HOW IT WORKS:

Contaminated air is drawn by the motor/blower through a washable metal mesh pre-filter, which traps large dust particles. The remaining particles, some as small as 0.01 microns, pass into a strong electrical field (12.5kv-13kv) (ionizing section) where the particulate receives an electrical charge. The charged particles then pass into a collector plate section made up of a series of equally spaced parallel plates. Each alternate plate is charged with the same polarity (6kv-7kv) (collecting section) as the particles, which repel, while the interleaving plates are grounded, which attract and collect the contaminants. The contaminants are held in these plates until they are washed away. Electronic Air Cleaners traps both wet and dry particulates.
