HOW IT WORKS

  1. High temperature oil smoke (80~220 ) goes into reducer through exhaust pipe, a thermal detecting net in reducer works if there is fire in exhaust pipe and the fire fighting system works incase the equipment got fire.

  2. High temperature oil smoke goes into dust collecting box if it is detected safe, There is pre-filter inner side, high temperature oil smoke goes into heat exchanger for cooling down after flying velvet pre-filted;

  3. Cool down the oil smoke by heat exchanger till approx.60 ;

  4. Oil smoke after cooling down goes into cellular ESP cell for pre-treatment;

  5. Afterwards goes into plate-line double-layer high efficiency ESP cell;

  6. The purified gas exhausted to air by fan;
